Our home county
Hillsborough County is our home base — and has been since 1989. Based in Seffner, we've built relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOA boards, and general contractors across every corner of the county over 35+ years. From the commercial corridors of Brandon and Riverview to the residential neighborhoods of Carrollwood and Lutz, we bring the same crew and the same quality to every project.
Hillsborough County's combination of Florida heat, heavy summer rainfall, and clay-heavy soils creates unique challenges for asphalt pavement. Pasco County is one of the fastest-growing counties in Florida, and W&S Asphalt Paving has grown with it. Wesley Chapel's explosive residential and commercial development has kept our crews busy with new driveways, shopping center parking lots, and HOA community roads. Land O' Lakes, Trinity, and Zephyrhills each have their own mix of established neighborhoods and new construction — and we serve all of it.
New Port Richey and Dade City represent the more established communities on the western and eastern edges of the county. Brooksville, the county seat, has a mix of historic properties and newer residential development.
